This impressive Humber Super Snipe Series III has been with its latest keeper for 15 years, and prior to that it was in one family ownership from new, with one former keeper. Its two-tone Sage Green paintwork is complemented by green leather upholstery. The odometer shows 92,900 miles, and although we cannot guarantee this figure, it does appear to be supported by the maintenance record.
In the last 5 years the car has been treated to a body restoration including sills, outriggers, wing sections and floor. The car also received a brake system rebuild with a new servo, master and slave cylinders, calipers, discs, shoes, pads, hydraulic lines and flexi pipes, together with a new radiator, battery, 4 new radial tyres and some work to the cylinder head.
The car comes with its original handbook, parts catalogue, sundry receipts, early service record and check sheets, genuine Humber workshop manual, sales brochure and previous MoTs and tax discs. It was first registered on 1st January 1961, and the V5C indicates only 1 former keeper.
The vendor advises that the clock is not currently working, and the horns are intermittent.
